Hi Thomas, I wont go in to to much detail but the administrator has upped the price, I am not prepared to increase my offer, as thousands need spending on not just the club, but even the pub strikers.

Has the Administrator only increased the price because they know there is competition for the takeover or have new circumstances arisen that have forced them to increase the price?

Those pesky swines! I remember the last owner saying they were more of a negative on the club than a positive. At first I thought that was a bit of a statement to make but judging by your tone towards them I am guessing they are actually more of a hindrance?
