Plus I guess training in Blackpool would give him alerts on if she gave birth at any moment. He would have turned down Cardiff as soon as possible if he didn't take any interest/thought in moving with his girlfriend and young child. I can see him either staying with Pool now for the comfort of his friends and family in raising the baby or coming down here to start a new lease of life with us. I'm proud of Malky for his conduct through all of this, if we don't get him then oh well, he's a great talent and it'll be hard to take but can completely understand the sentiments between it all.

I agree with you. I'm sure many of those who were frustrated with Ince's delay in signing were unaware of his personal circumstances.

I also agree with your wider point. I'm sure the birth of his child was a great personal achievement but he is a Blackpool player ATM so why all the fuss?

OK if you won't name the posters at least can you repeat what you call abuse? I have seen many posts along the lines of "we don't want him if he doesn't sign now because he is holding out for a better club"

That kind of post is not 'abuse' its opinion and one made without the knowledge of his personal circumstances. For all the good will in the world every poster can't know all the circumstances surrounding a player but it would help if fellow posters divulged the info if they have it.
