The original posts have been deleted by myself upon request of Steve Borley, it appears that I made a statement in this thread that was apparently inaccurate and was asked to retract my statement.
I have retracted the post I made and deleted the subsequent posts relating to it.
Paul Guy is no longer a director of Cardiff City Football Club (Holdings) Limited.
I had confirmation by email this afternoon that a TM01 form has been submitted to companies house confirming the termination of his directorship.
I believe that this is a major step forward in resolving the Langston Loan Notes.
