f**k Tan f**k Cardiff Reds and f**k Premier League

Wed Mar 13, 2013 10:06 pm

Ive decided after last night thats me done.

Its not Cardiff City no more no matter what anyone says.

Top of the league, on the verge of the PL and it just feels shit. Tans "vision" and Malkys shit football followed by talking bollocks IVe had enough.

Watching those wanky red and black flags being waved about really fucked me off last night.

I did think I will do 1 season PL and then jack it but I just think whats the point of paying 500 quid for something ypu dont enjoy anymore.

Ill attend a few more homes as a social as my ST is paid for but f**k it last night tells me we have changed into a club I dont identify with.

I cried in the play off final v Blackpool. Right now I dont think ai give a f**k if we get promoted or not.

I used to think Tan saved us, and maybe he did, but hes made us unrecognisable now that the old club has died effectively anyway.

Cardiff City Bluebirds RIP

Enjoy the Premier League peeps. I hope it was worth it.

When I got a text today at work telling me of the red bird etc, I was fuming.

Ok now i know its the club shop uniform but text my mate saying Watford away may well be my last game cos the identity has been stripped away bit by bit.

Don't know what to think anymore , loads will slate you for saying what u have said but I respect what u say mate.

Bloody shame really cos others will follow you.

I have no qualms with the overall post but the highlighted bit makes it sound like you boycotted since the rebrand took place, when you haven't.

Shame, you're quite a good poster of the board

Tan has 100% ruined the club we should all be buzzing about the possibility of prem football but instead this rebrand has taken over everything.

I think people will see sense the thing is top of the league at the moment most people are reluctantly happy but we we come down a peg or two people will turn .

I think Tan will walk in the end you cant treat football fans the way he has its disgusting what he has to to us.

Shame here and the games I went to last season I ended up staying in the concourse for the second half. Its the social aspect of going to the football with your mates I do miss through. However I've known Polo for 23 years and I know that he must be hurting with whats going on at the club as I know just how big a fan he has been over the years.

I dont give a f**k wether you have qualms or not. I dont know you from Adam so dont really care how you read it.

Been a reluctant red and now this last 2 games and VTs interview has tipped me over the edge.

I have not been down the Malaysian bowl once this season. I went for a drink last week with a load of friends celebrating a birthday for one of the lads sadly not with us anymore. Most have stopped going. I was quite shocked at some that have called time, diehard City supporters. :o

Well done for standing by what you believe in, my tipping point would be the name change hope it don't come to that

Still waiting to renew and undecided at the moment.

It feels completely different now, I don't really care if we go up or not which just feels wrong.

I respect what you've said. I've not been around half as long as some of you old fuckers on here, but it hurts me just the same. Seeing grown men who've grown up with blue, and those shitty entrance flags. Cringeworthy...

This club is not a toy for tan to play around with. Everything that was leaked will no doubt happen. Name, the lot. He doesn't give a flying f**k about us fans. As long as he's keeping the majority happy he's fine. I think it's disgusting how he's come and changed everything. I said I wouldn't go again and haven't since brighton. It's not the same club I fell in love with

I can't help feeling this decision is based to some extent on the crap football we have been playing of late but i guess playing crap football in blue in Divison 4 as opposed to playing crap football in red on top of the Championship is simply too much for some.

I am not a traditionalist, more of a modernist, I love my club and I want it to survive and thrive. Tan has ideas on how to do this and I support these ideas. The only thing that is imperative for me is that the club retains the name Cardiff City. I have no affinity to a shirt colour, a badge or a nickname and see these simply as tools that can be exploited and Tan has shown time and time again that he knows how to make the most of such tools in marketing a brand. A red shirt with a dragon badge on it being marketed in Asia makes perfect sense and yes we may well end up being called the Dragons in the future but as long as the club retains the name Cardiff City then I will always support this club I love
