What colour is our away kit ?
Sat Mar 02, 2013 5:32 pm
Blue, they played in the black for no reason.
Sat Mar 02, 2013 5:52 pm
I thought our away kit was blue? Is it just me or did anyone else think that
Sat Mar 02, 2013 6:03 pm
We have this nearly every away game
Sat Mar 02, 2013 6:04 pm
Why bring out a blue away kit if they have no intension of using it that's all I'm saying just get rid of it all together may as well everything else I love about Cardiff city is slowly going anyway
Sat Mar 02, 2013 6:05 pm
2nd kit is blue, 3rd kit is black but we play in black more because muppet Tan don't like blue.
Sat Mar 02, 2013 6:09 pm
We're meant to be playing in blue. But Dictator Tan thinks that blue is the colour of evil and sin and all that bollocks.

Didn't you know that blue isn't dynamic enough, it's too dull. Black is a colour renowned for it's positive and dynamic affects. Basically it's another initiative by Tan to rid the club of blue the clueless tosspot.

If the dopey fucker knew football, he'd know that there were 2 successfull blue clubs last season. Chelsea and Man City.

was brought up a while ago i believe and i think didnt event tg or someone admit that they play in the 3rd kit so there is still some red knocking about? pity really cos i think our blue kit this year is stunning.
Sat Mar 02, 2013 6:31 pm
We have not played in blue for nearly four and a half months so this is nothing new playing in black, blue is now our 3rd kit behind red/black sadly

Ever thought that if the pro-blue lobby were less vocal about all this, VT may be more inclined to play in blue away from home?
From his persepctive, the more vocal the blue lobby are, they are a potential threat to his plans.
Just a thought

Bollocks. If that was the case then he'd make sure we play in blue more often to keep us happy. It will just make us even more vocal if he keeps making it worse.

The club said it would be the away kit, so the club have lied to the fans.

First they change the blue kit to away. Then it's not available in the club shop/website for ages. Then they stop using it as the away kit. There is little doubt that next season it will be gone completely, over 100 years of Cardiff City playing in blue, gone on the whim of one man, a man that has demonstrated that he has no regard for the feelings of our fans, a man that has said he will go if WE are rude to HIM!!!!! this despite him publicly declaring that he doesn't care if he alienates a quarter of our fans. If that's not being rude I don't know what is.
In the interview on Sport Wales he effectively stuck two fingers up to thousands of our fans and despite all this there are fans that are more than happy with the situation.
It seems very clear that some of us have different priorities as far as our club goes. To some people playing in the Premier League is more important than anything else.

I believe that I read somewhere that the blue kit has not been used for 3 months. Can anyone remember being at an away ground when it was used?
Week by week there is less blue and more red, it's a slow drip of more red. E.g. Mascots, the front of the Superstore. There are less and less merchandise to buy and it won't be ling before there is none. The blue away kit was probably done as a gesture to keep some fans happy and to achieve sales. I would be very surprised if there is any blue kit next season.
The only thing left are the blue seats and the passionate supporters who care about the clubs history and identity. The club handed out freebie scarves, an incentive to get all fans wearing red? Perhaps freebie shirts will be next but then again they are probably more expensive to produce.
The blue is disappearing.
