Away tickets?

Can you buy away tickets over the phone? Or do you have to go down to ticket office?
If you can buy over phone, do they post out?

Yeah, I tried it but it says I'm trying to buy more than allowed... Got 6 of us going (same family) then 2 mates, I think it's the two mates the system is having problems with,,, even though I got them in my network...

They need to be season ticket holders, if not ask someone for a couple of numbers if they ain't going
