Tattoos frowned upon/forbidden in Dubai?

Sat Jan 26, 2013 2:42 am

Just looking at the pics on Facebook and noticed that Bellers, Super Kev, and Gunnar all have sleeves covering up their...well sleeves (the tattooed kind). Connolly didn't cover up his, so I'm wondering is this a preference (avoiding getting too much sun exposure) or a rule/law in Dubai. Bored and a bit curious... :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :malky:

Nah. Dubai is quite laid back towards all this stuff.

It really is a world of hypocrisy out there.

Don't believe all the horror stories about this place you see in the press, you can do all the same stuff here that you would normally do in the UK and believe me we do!. My wife and I been here nearly 2 years now and we love it! What Karl says is very true though, the hypocrisy out here is very funny!!
