Any ex Christy Tyler workers

Just heard that George Williams has passed away at the age of 96, he was buried or cremated in Crickhowell on Saturday, mr Williams gave hundreds of people a standard of living that was way above anything that was on offer to the people of South Wales, he introduced the P B R system into his factories that allowed the workforce to earn big money, I would like to thank mr Williams for all that I have today, he was a true gentleman who didn't mind his workforce earning big money as long as he made a profit, R I P mr Williams gone but will never be forgotten

R.I.P. George,formation furniture 1978-83

Met George once or twice in the latter years of Christie Tyler. 1986 to 2004 Action Furniture-Pendragon Furniture-Contour Mobel. It was a hard slog on those work benches but at least we earned good wages, so yes thank you George.

I used to do all the decorating in the showrooms for pendragon,cambria, outline etc and there were thousands of people employed.Didnt know about him but RIP
