Does seem a genuine bloke who's hungry to succeed. Good interview. :ayatollah:

Sunderland striker Fraizer Campbell talks to Football Focus about his 18-month injury-enforced absence from the game, admitting there is "finally light at the end of the tunnel".

Campbell, who made a goalscoring return against Middlesbrough last month, says Black Cats boss Martin O'Neill has an aura of calm which puts him and other players at ease.

Good interview seems a nice lad and a typical malky signin with regards to personality and attitude, am I right in thinking him and Maynard have both done their ACLs twice?

Ashen he was promoted with Hull he's scored 9 goals from this point to the end of the season, that will do me if the rest of the team chip in as they have.

One theme that goes right through all the Sunderland posts about him is what an
honest, hard working and down to earth lad he is. No bighead, just gets on with it.

Apart from the obvious selfish reasons, I hope he does the business for himself too
as he is the sort of personality who could be a huge favourite here

He seems like real good and grounded guy.
You can tell that he is a Malky type player from watching his interviews.

Let's hope that he fires us up the league!
