Not strictly true, hence the club setting up eticketing.

Christ if they managed it at Ninian with the old shitty systems, im sure they could manage it now.
Im not saying everyone needed to queue but the ones obsessing about having tickets asap should have.

no. Its not the slowest special delivery ever. The tickets haven't been sent out yet. When they ARE sent out (today and tomorrow), they will get the usual special delivery service i.e. next day delivery. Those people that needed them asap DID have the option of going to the stadium in person.

The point being that the vast majority of loyal supporters have been conned by the club regarding this special delivery charge. 30000 x 5 makes the club a cool 150000 when they could have put a first class stamp on it and they would have got here by now.

You would be happy with your tickets going by first class post![]()
and im pretty sure the club wont be making all that, surely its not free to send recorded delivery?

You seem to be assuming that everyone can get down to the stadium on a regular basis when that's not true.

Well if they cant queue then they just have to wait like everyone else. As soon as the club released the tickets through the post special delivery is next day delivery. Games not until Sunday

I'm not assuming anything. Just stating that the option was there for those that needed them asap and couldnt wait for them to be posted out this week.

I'm stating that lots of our fans can't get to the CCS as often as others, due to work commitments etc and rely on the club to offer other options that work more efficiently than this.

This is why the club need to shake things up and make their ticket dealings more efficient. Bad service drives customers away, whether it's in football or a shop or wherever.

How is this not efficient? Now that sales are complete, the tickets can be sent out and will be received by Thursday, according to the club, 3 days before the match.
