BBC Wales Rugby bias

Postby Gaynor Straight » Mon Oct 22, 2018 6:39 am

This morning I've watched both the 6.55am and 7.25am bulletins and there was absolutely no mention of -
The rugby regions all being defeated in European Rugby
Jade Jones winning the Taekwondo World Grand Prix
Becky Morgan winning her first professional golf tournament

All they covered was our win on Saturday and showed Warnocks post match interview.

Can this board now put the perceived rugby bias to bed?

I presume the point being made is that the egg wasn't mentioned, because they all lost. :laughing6:

The point being made was that we were the only sports item in the bulletin. If rugby was the only thing mentioned then there'd be plenty of accusations of rugby bias flying around.
There is no bias.

This is exactly right!
If they'd all won then it would be a different story.
