As much as it kills you inside , the swans way of doing things gets a lot of praise from bigger much more established teams. in our first season in Pl i don't think a single manager didn't swoon over us and say how we done things the right way , and that goes for the pundits too .
So you keep telling yourself only the "SMALL" teams want our model but in truth you`re saying that through bitterness and not through the truth , which is you would love to be run like us .
Doing it the right way !

You've had far more managers than we have over recent seasons![]()

Secondly, buying/selling players on a whim? What are you on about? Again, haven't you just had a rather big transformation of your squad?
What a whopper.

isnt it 6 managers in 9 years they've had? give or take a yearchanging squads is always an ongoing process, but swapping managers so frequently doesnt sound like a stable set up? playing wise yes but each to there own mmmm

Care to comment on this whopper? Why are you banging on about manager, when since 2005.. We've had 3 permanent managers & you have had 6?![]()

What's that about stability and no more hiring managers?

I'll do you the courtesy of replying to your comment if you will do the same for me . unlikely but here goes
Since 2005 (your datum point ) Swansea have had
1, Kenny Jackett resigned
2.Kevin Nugent who was caretaker for a couple of games until Martinez took over who left the club for Wigan now Everton
3.Sousa left by mutual consent who incidentally was a great defensive coach
3.Brendan Rodgers now manger of Liverpool as I'm sure most on here will be aware of
4.Michael Laudrup ,Recently sacked .
Out of all those mangers one has been sacked, others went either by mutual consent on went onto other roles at other clubs. the constant has been the Board with joint owner ship which has been in post since Petty left with flea behind hits year ,
Consistency and steady growth both on and off the pitch.
I'd be interested in your response to the question who if not Swansea would your consider to be a model to follow ?

Whether they were sacked or left is irrelevant... You can't come on here and bang on about manager ins and outs saying it cannot continue, when you've have double the number of permanent managers we've had in recent times.
Hypocritical at best.

It's absolutely irrelevant. You can't have a pop at Cardiff for the manager changes, when your club has recently had double the number of permanent mangers we have had....
How they leave is totally irrelevant, the facts are you've had double the managers. Either the poster is a new fan of yours, or he doesn't realise that you've had for more managers recently.

Poached or sacked, it doesn't make a difference... The high turnover of managers is still there.
All 52 suggested was the high turnover of managers affecting stability.... Swansea have a higher turnover of manager, therefore making 52 rather hypocritical.
He then started banging on about squad stability too... Haven't you just had a rather big squad shake up yourself?
