MEHMET DALMAN-WILL HE STEP DOWN?

I read in the Times last week that HR Owen are going to be expanding in the Far East and Arab states and that Dalman will become Chairman of the company, now owned by Tan, does this mean him stepping down as Chairman at Cardiff, I wonder?
