Also, I was wondering why CCFC would pre book a medical when surely they can have one sorted at the drop of a hat?

It's done. On Monday night after everyone got in a tizzy with the Sky breaking news that Swansea were making a move, soon after that i stuck my neck out and said that everything was in place for Ince to become a Cardiff City player. A day later Chris Bascombe at the Daily Telegraph printed that Ince had agreed personal terms of £35k a week. Bascombe used to work for the Liverpool echo so would have some pretty solid sources on merseyside. The information I've been given since has only enhanced that a deal has been struck. People go on about"The ITK"etc on here. Sometimes the info is that privileged that I wouldn't even dream of breaking confidences from good friends who trust me and vice versa, ergo I can't even mention half what I'm told. The finer points of the Ince deal for one. Personally though I'm surprised he was allowed to play today, but the reason I'm sure will come out somewhere. I can't wait until the official news breaks. Long overdue.

I do hope you're right mate. From what I've read of your posts you seem to be pretty much on the money.![]()
I think that game was to give a proper goodbye to the Blackpool fans, rather than just leaving.

Spoke to a mate earlier who was baffled with it. It's not a great risk getting injured against Penrith I'm sure, but a risk nonetheless. At least he got away niggle free
